Curt is the Owner/Founder of Premier Home Loans, Inc. He has been helping customers with mortgage loans since 1993. Curt has a wide background in the lending industry, beginning with Consumer Finance, moving into Wholesale Mortgage lending with a National Sub-Prime Mortgage Company. Curt brings all of his experience to his current role as Mortgage Broker to assist customers obtain the best loan for their situation, with the best possible rate and lowest possible fees.

Connie Epperson
Connie is the newest loan originator with the Premier Home Loan Team, joining in 2007.  She has over 25 years experience in the mortgage business.  She began working for a mortgage company in 1987 and became consistently one of their top producers.  She  relocated to the Roseburg area from Gardnerville, Nevada.  Starting in the mortgage business originating construction loans, and expanded her knowledge to include conventional, FHA, Rural Development, VA, non-conforming, and reverse mortgage loans.  She has made it her career specializing in helping customers understand and select the best mortgage loan for their needs.  Connie believes Customer Service should be her middle name.

Connie enjoys outdoor activities, hiking, swimming, fishing, boating, and gardening.  Her greatest love is her family.  Sports is one of her passions, especially when it’s watching & cheering as her grandson shoots a basket, intercepts the pass or just scores the winning run.  She loves the small town life and knows she has found a happy home in Oregon.

Maureen Routt
Maureen has been with Premier Home Loans since 2005. She joined the Mortgage industry in 1997 and has enjoyed helping families realize their dream of homeownership. Maureen is an expert in determining which loan program best fits the client’s needs. She works one on one with her clients to make sure they are given plenty of assistance throughout the lending process. 

Maureen was raised in Saratoga California, and graduated from University of San Francisco. She worked in the high tech industry prior to relocating to Douglas County 17 years ago. Now that both of her children are grown and own homes of their own, Maureen and her Husband enjoy their empty nest and rich life living in the 100 Valleys of the Umpqua.
